Change is the in-house corporate magazine of Godrej and Boyce. For large organisations such as these the role of this magazine is to keep it's employees informed about the ongoings in other departments and where the organisation is headed. All articles are written by employees. Our role was to design it in a way that is cohesive and structured for getting a sense of uniformity to the varying lengths and nature of articles. The magazine is published in English and Marathi in both physical and paperless versions. We worked closely with the team at G&B and designed several issues over a year to eventually arrive at a design and structure for this piece of communication effectively.
